I'm Gabrielle

Hi, bonjour! I'm Gabrielle. I was born in Lyon, but grew up across Asia, then moved to Belgium for studies and Shanghai for work. For most of my life, France was the place I came from, rather than the place I lived. When I finally moved to Paris, I was very curious about the city and the little things most people walk past without a second glance.

That curiosity became FrenchWithElle. Since summer 2024, I've been sharing Paris and French culture with a community of 300k+, from hidden gems and gastronomy to everyday hidden gems and tips.

As much as I love Paris, I'm just as excited to share more cities, regions, and experiences across France!

I'd love for you to discover a more authentic, everyday side of France with me, through the places, people, food, and traditions that make each part of the country unique. Meimei, my puppy, comes along for most of it.
